Shipping & returns

Shipping is paid by the winner, on top of the winning bid. The price depends on the destination:

How and when

• Right after the auction, the winner enters their address and pays shipping on their order page.
• Paintings are packed with care and sent with tracking, usually within 7 days of payment. You receive the tracking number by email.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days in Belgium and the EU, and 5 to 15 working days elsewhere.
• Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, paid by the buyer.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. See section 9 of the Terms & Conditions for how it works.
